The School of English for Engaged Social Service (SENS) is a unique residential programme of the INEB Institute for Transformative Learning, bringing together participants from around the world to improve their English while exploring leadership, personal transformation, and compassionate social engagement. Set at the peaceful Wongsanit Ashram in Thailand, SENS combines intensive language learning with community living, meditation, dialogue, field trips, and experiential learning. Rather than teaching English in isolation, the programme uses language as a tool to deepen understanding, build meaningful relationships, and prepare participants to contribute to a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world.
